Six AI modules for EHR product owners and independent hospital chains. Each is plug-and-play, customised per client and added inside the system people already use. Clinical decisions stay with qualified clinicians.

Administrative load inside clinical systems

A great deal of clinical and administrative work happens inside an EHR: writing notes, reading reports, answering messages and handling insurance paperwork. If you own an EHR product, you may be under pressure to add AI help inside it. If you run an independent hospital chain, you want that help without moving staff to another system. Building each feature from scratch takes time and specialist skills that product and hospital teams rarely have spare. We have built six modules for these two groups.

  • EHR product owners
  • Independent hospital chains
  • Notes, reports, messages and insurance work

Triage, tele-consultation and notes

Three modules support first contact and the consultation. Patient triage helps staff organise incoming cases for clinical review. Tele-consultation analysis and message recommendation works on remote consultations and suggests messages for staff to review and send. The staff notetaker drafts notes and is tuned to each client's medical terminology, so the wording matches how your teams already write. In each case the module prepares a draft or a suggestion. A qualified person reads it, corrects it and decides.

  • Staff notetaker tuned to your terminology

Prescriptions, reports and insurance

Three more modules cover the work around the consultation. Prescription recommendation follows each doctor's prescribing style and puts forward a draft for that doctor to accept, change or discard. The report analyser reads reports and sets out their contents for the clinician to review. The insurance assistant supports the insurance side of a patient's visit, which is heavy on paperwork and staff time. None of these modules diagnoses, prescribes or approves anything by itself. They prepare the material, and the clinician or staff member decides.

  • Prescription recommendation in each doctor's style
  • Report analyser
  • Insurance assistant

Inside the system already in use

The modules are plug-and-play and added inside the system people already use, so staff do not learn a new tool or switch screens. Each one is customised per client, because terminology, prescribing style and workflow differ between hospitals and between products. Clinical decisions stay with qualified clinicians at every step. Patient data is handled only with the client's explicit permission, under a strict no-retention policy, and is never shared with third parties. Personal information is kept out of what an AI model is given. Your privacy and compliance requirements shape the design.

What this has looked like in delivered work

We built these six modules for EHR product owners and independent hospital chains: patient triage, tele-consultation analysis and message recommendation, a staff notetaker tuned to each client's medical terminology, prescription recommendation that follows each doctor's prescribing style, a report analyser and an insurance assistant. They were delivered as plug-and-play modules, customised per client and added inside the system already in use. We do not publish client names or outcome figures for this work. Whatever a module achieved in one setting belongs to that engagement and is no forecast for another.

Start with one module

A sensible first step is a single module in one department or one product area. Tell us which system you run or sell, where staff time goes, and which of the six modules is closest to that need. We will show how it would sit inside your system and what customising it involves. If you want a broader view first, answer six questions on this website and we will send a free written AI readiness report within one business day.

Questions that come up

Do the modules make clinical decisions?

No. They prepare drafts, summaries and suggestions for qualified clinicians and staff to review. Diagnosis, prescribing and every other clinical decision stay with the clinician. The modules are support tools and are designed to be used that way.

Will the modules work with our EHR?

The modules are plug-and-play and built to be added inside the system already in use. How that is done depends on your system's interfaces and access, so we review compatibility with your technical team before agreeing any scope.

How is patient data handled?

Only with your explicit permission, under a strict no-retention policy, and never shared with third parties. Personal information is kept out of what an AI model is given. The design also follows the privacy and compliance requirements that apply to you.

Can we take one module and add others later?

Yes. The modules are plug-and-play, so you can start with the one that fits your most pressing need and add others when you are ready. Every module is customised to the client it is installed for.
