Contracts, data and the first call
Project work runs on a time-and-materials contract or an outcome-based contract. A whole team runs on build-operate-transfer. On every contract we follow a strict no-retention policy, handle your data only with your explicit permission and never share it with third parties. Personal information is kept out of what an AI model is given. A founder takes every first call. Both founders are practising data scientists who stay hands-on, so the conversation is about your problem from the first minute.
