Privacy notice

What you share

The readiness form collects your name, work email, company, job title, industry and six readiness answers, plus a phone number and a short description of your challenge if you choose to give them. We also save the resulting score, recommendations, time of submission, source page and record of consent.

• Please do not enter confidential client or patient information
• You can see your score and first next steps without submitting the form
• Submitting the form requires agreement to this notice

Why we use it

We use your submission to prepare your written readiness report, send it to the email address you gave and contact you about it. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

• Enquiries are stored in a private database that only our team can read
• Enquiry details are not accessible through public website pages
• Our team prepares the report; the website does not generate or send it automatically

Article emails

If you sign up for article emails we store your email address and the date you agreed. We use it only to tell you about new articles. Email analyst@dataprophets.in at any time to be removed.
