Agentic automation
AI agents and workflow automation, delivered as a managed service on our own agent platform. We build the automation, run it inside your systems and keep improving it.
A practical delivery view
Requests that queue for a person
Support queues, sales enquiries, HR questions and IT requests share a pattern: the same handful of requests arrive all day, each needing a lookup, a reply and an update in some system. Hiring more people to keep up is slow, and building an automation team in-house is a project of its own. This service is for operations, support, sales, HR and IT leaders who want routine requests handled and do not want to own and maintain another platform.

Workflows with AI decision steps
We have built and run our own platform for AI agents and workflow automation. On it, we design each process in a visual workflow builder, with AI decision steps where a fixed rule will not do. Workflows use conditional branching, retries and error handling, so a failed step is retried or routed and does not stop unnoticed. Common pieces are built once as reusable sub-workflows. The actions are real ones: creating a ticket, sending an email, updating a CRM or booking a meeting.

Chat agents that answer from your knowledge
Chat agents run on the channels your customers and staff already use: web, WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger and email. They draw answers from your documents and knowledge base, capture structured data such as an order number or the facts of a request, and trigger the workflows behind them. Typical uses are customer support, sales and lead handling, HR and people operations, and IT operations. When a conversation needs a person, the agent hands it over with the full context, so nobody has to ask the customer to start again.

Runs inside your systems, under your control
The platform connects to CRMs, helpdesks, messaging tools and model providers, plus any tool with an API, so the automation works inside the systems you already run. As a managed service, we build it, run it and keep improving it, and your team does not maintain workflows. You stay in control of what matters: which actions an agent may take, when it must hand over to a person, and what it may answer. Every run is monitored and logged and can be replayed, and dashboards show what the automation is doing.

What this has looked like in delivered work
Our managed service draws on automation we have delivered as projects. For one of the largest used-car dealers in the United States, we built high-volume, high-frequency bidding automation on UiPath and C#. Bidding runs in near real time, and almost 150 people who used to bid daily moved to quality assurance and other work. For an Indian bank, we automated the processing of physical mandates and other money-transfer forms, with near-zero failures since launch. Those results belong to those engagements and are no forecast of what a managed automation will do for you.

Start with one workflow
Pick one request type that arrives often and follows a recognisable path: order status, lead qualification, leave queries, access requests. Tell us the channel it arrives on, the systems it touches and when a person must step in. We map it, build it, run it and report on it, then widen the scope once the first workflow has earned trust. To see where automation fits across your organisation first, request the free AI readiness report: six questions, and a written report within one business day.

Questions that come up
What does managed service mean here?
We build the automation on our own agent platform, run it inside your systems and keep improving it. Your team sets the goals and the rules, and sees the results on dashboards. You do not need to hire or train people to maintain workflows.
What happens when an agent cannot handle a request?
It hands the conversation to a person with the full context, so the customer does not repeat themselves. You decide the conditions for handover. Every run is logged and can be replayed, so your team can see exactly what happened.
How is this different from RPA?
RPA repeats fixed steps across screens and systems. Agents add AI decision steps and conversation, so they can handle requests that arrive in plain language. Many processes need both, and we also deliver RPA on UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
How do you handle our data?
Only with your explicit permission. We follow a strict no-retention policy and never share client data with third parties. Personal information is kept out of what an AI model is given. Access to each system is agreed with you before any workflow goes live.
Let’s talk about your next step.
