How we engage: five ways to work with us
Run a project on time-and-materials or on an outcome-based contract, have a whole team built and handed over, customise a ready platform, or start with the free AI readiness report. A founder takes every first call.
A practical delivery view
A project, on time-and-materials or on outcomes
There are two ways to contract for a project. Time-and-materials suits work where the scope will move: early AI exploration, a product still taking shape, or a process nobody has fully mapped. You pay for the effort used, and you can change direction as you learn. An outcome-based contract suits work with a result both sides can measure, such as turnaround time on a defined process. It needs a clear baseline, an agreed measure and reliable access to your data and systems.
- Time-and-materials for changing scope
- Outcome-based for measurable results
- Baseline and measure agreed up front
A whole team on build-operate-transfer
When you need lasting capability more than a single deliverable, we build a team for you. On a build-operate-transfer contract we set up a global capability centre or an AI centre of excellence, operate it, and then transfer it to you. We have built and handed over two such centres, each with 80+ people. This suits organisations with a long programme of AI, data or automation work that want to own the people, the methods and the knowledge once the centre is running.
- Global capability centre or AI CoE
- Built and operated by us first
- Transferred to you with its knowledge
A ready platform, customised to you
If your need matches something we have already built, you can start from a platform. ADAM OS is an AI-enabled digital asset and marketing operating system. It manages digital assets and co-op marketing between a brand and its network of partners, and it runs for a partner network with 100+ dealer partners across 500+ locations. We also have an industry CRM and a manufacturing ERP. Each is customisable, so the platform is shaped to your processes. This suits teams that want a working base to adapt.

- Industry CRM
- Manufacturing ERP
- Each customised to the client
The free AI readiness report and the first call
If you are not ready to choose, start with the free AI readiness report. You answer six questions on this website, and the team sends a written report within one business day. It covers where your company stands today, how your industry is adopting AI, the challenges you are likely to face, and possible solutions with their benefits. There is no commitment. When you want to talk, a founder takes every first call. Both founders are practising data scientists who stay hands-on.
- Six questions on the website
- Written report within one business day
- No commitment
- A founder on every first call
How your data is handled
The same rules apply in every engagement. We follow a strict no-retention policy. We handle your data only with your explicit permission, and we never share it with third parties. Personal information is kept out of what an AI model is given. Privacy and compliance requirements differ by country and sector, so they are agreed per project before work begins. If your security or legal team wants to join the first conversations, bring them. These points are easier to settle early than to revisit later.
- Strict no-retention policy
- Explicit permission required
- No sharing with third parties
- Personal information kept out of AI models
Questions that come up
Which contract should we choose if the scope is unclear?
Time-and-materials usually fits best when the scope is still forming, because the work can change direction as you learn. If a clear baseline and an agreed measure emerge later, an outcome-based contract becomes worth discussing for the next phase.
Who will we speak to on the first call?
A founder. Data Prophets has two co-founders, both practising data scientists with 9 and 10 years of experience, and they stay hands-on. The first call is about your problem, your systems and what a sensible first step would look like.
Does the AI readiness report commit us to anything?
No. You answer six questions on the website and the team sends a written report within one business day. It is free, and what you do with it is up to you. You can use it internally and take it no further.
Can you run an automation for us after it is built?
Yes. We have built and run our own platform for AI agents and workflow automation, and we deliver automations on it as a managed service. The team builds the automation, runs it inside your systems and keeps improving it.

Let’s talk about your next step.
The workflow, the data and what needs to change.
